(Bitter)Sweet Summer Time....

Oh summer time, took so long to get here, and was so quick to leave!
Addison's Mom and Dad finished up the school year after our last post with 2 concerts, a band banquet, awards ceremonies, Baccalaureate service, and Graduation, oh my! Needless to say it was a very busy race to the end.

We had one blissful week of summer at home, before Mom and Dad had to hit the books again for their last summer of graduate school.

That week we did a lot of NOTHING, which is always good! But we also did a lot of visiting with important people!

Spent the afternoon at Grandmom and Granddad's so Mom and Dad could have a date!

We went to Great-Grandmom and Granddad's for an early Father's Day Lunch!!

And then comes the Bitter part, back to school for Mom and Dad....6 grueling weeks of long Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays.

After the first long week of school,  we traveled to Wilmington for the Carwile family reunion, the patriarch of whom is Addison's namesake. Here is Addison playing and mingling with family members.

Later Addison got together with her third cousin Wesley Bowser, who is 2 months and 2 days younger.
