I think it just gets worse from here to May 5th when my musical closes. Bleh.
Anyway, every night I would try to to blog, but just couldn't get motivated, so here's a quick look back at the week, the good stuff.

So when Addison was younger and would get upset while waiting for meals, Eric would take her to the end of our hallway, countdown 3-2-1, and then race her down the hallway in her highchair. You can see evidence of that in the middle of this post. Since then, Addison has sometimes begun counting herself down, then running any distance in the house, OR as you will see in a minute, whatever craziness her Dad is doing to her. Of course her "numbers" are just syllables right now, but still I'm kinda impressed with her. Here are some sweet squeals.
In this vid you can see a little bit of the sign language work we've done with Addison. She learned "food" first, then "more," and now does "please," a lot of times without even being asked! She also knows "diaper," for which we are using the American sign for "toilet." She also has her own signs for "wash hands," (she rubs them together), "brush teeth" (she sticks her tongue out and "brushes" it with her hand), and "passy" (we are hoping this goes away pretty soon!). We are working on "thank you."

Addison counting herself down for Dad's silliness. She's saying "two, one" but it almost sounds like those numbers in French!

This vid shows Addison's playful nature!

Hope you all have a wonderful week. Will do my best to keep up. It seems petty after my last post, but I am not handling school stress well these days, if you don't mind keeping us in your thoughts.

what a cute little girl you have!
